So I understand token-holders are entitled to participate in the governance of the Moxie protocol. @moxie-protocol is  there any legal structure shielding token holders from liability in case of legal challenges? I can imagine scenarios where individual token holders, even those not actively involved in governance, could be held responsible for decisions and governance by the group.
