My unsolicited 2 cents: ✔️ Keep it super simple: Go back to the old system where tipping people outside the ecosystem would get you a bigger allowance. I know I sound like a broken record, but that's how I got onboarded, and how I, in turn onboarded others. No other rules or incentives that people have to think about. :) ✔️ Think of it like retail...you're going to have shoplifters and employee theft. You don't want to subject all your customers to a few thieves. Be comfortable with the fact that there'll be a small percentage of people who steal things like a toothbrush or toothpaste. It's annoying, but it's not worth pulling a gun on them for. OTOH, if someone is trying to hold up the store, throw them in jail. Keep the rest of the shoppers happy though. ✔️ Might want to consider having some sort of weekly gathering through Farhouse or Tavern, just to check in with people and hear them out and address them directly. Something about voice/video humanizes both parties.

Is there farther drama now? I like your idea. Farther is just a shit token and the more complex you make it the more people will lose interest 🍖x50 $degen Think build is a good example. Only nominated one person this season
