Scoop3 - Onchain podcast player

Scoop3 update:

✔️ The player works great. You'll probably be seeing a slow down in the rate of builds being pushed out because aside from optimizations and minor bugs, the player has become lower priority.

✔️ Shifting gears, we're focusing heavily on podcaster panel. There are some bugs, and also some UX/UI improvements we can make. We'll need some more improvement and iteration here to open this part up more to the public.

Currently the player is open to our angel investors whom we are extremely grateful to 🙏
