This is a good move. 🙌 I think the Ham ecosystem has the strongest tech of the L3s I've seen. 💯 If the feedback is "Ham is too complicated," well, the good news is, you have interest at the very top of your funnel (awareness), but you're getting leakage after that and it isn't catalyzing into desire. Another piece of good news is this is very fixable. I'd suggest tapping into a wiz like @shira who can give guidance on how to plug those holes so awareness -> holders/community. :)
