Which you prefer: bone in ribeye or boneless ribeye? I must buy bone-in! First bone-in cooks better and maintains better moisture, Second, I can’t treat myself like this and forget the bone for my tiggerlicious grandson: Tigger 🐕 I really like this Argentinian butcher by my friend’s house, ever since my friend told me that Eric Ripert buys his Argentinian steaks there around COVID time, I have always made the point to stop by when I visit him. ps> yes, mine in the right side is thicker 🥩😋🤤😎

💯👌🏾 except when I first shop there, I went crazy with all the options & wanted to try everything. Then I saw the prices & thought, “Hmm, I get more if I go boneless.” 😂😂😂 but by second trip I was laser focus on what I wanted & it’s being bone-in ever since 👌🏾
