We just started using it this week. It's not coffee but mushrooms with adaptogens which support many functions in the brain, gut and all the places we not so young folk want.

I’m part of the not so young demographic too. 😂 I know it’s still pretty early, but do you feel it’s helping? Do you know others it’s helped? I’ll take anything you mentioned in the list of stuff it does. 😂
