My friend has a place in Catskills; he gets no mail delivery, they have to pick up at local post office; he gets no garbage pick up, he needs to drop off at garbage recycle facility; heck there are no police department, only state police so God forbid there’s an intruder; I’ve never ask about EMT and I don’t want to think about education system over there, it seems there are no kids in that area .. but point is taxes are essential to cover all kinds of infrastructure. Heck only reason Elon is the richest man in the world is because he used all USA infrastructure and government tax incentives to build his companies so a bit enraging to see what he’s doing.
