Let's say there are 5 successful Nounish IPs (owned by companies/individuals, not CC0). How do we live in a worldwide scenario? Are we playing nice or suing each other until the other breaks down?

I would imagine it would be hard to sue each other when the source material is CC0 Ideally those IPs would be trying to exploit the benefit of the shared universe, brand recognition, fanbase, and interoperability. At least, this is the hope and one of the presumed benefits of the model

Yeah, the source material is cc0 but I highly doubt we share more than just the name. The fanbase of quack and the nominal hero does not overlap too much, same for esports and nounish kitpas (I can be wrong though). I think we have great extensions with their own communities but they are highly disconnected from the "Nounish native people" unless they are also crypto native.
