What does "9" mean in liquidity minding? does that mean I earned 9 degen tokens for putting liquidity into the pool? Or are points not = to degen as a token?

Yeah the 9 is what you've earned so far providing liquidity. 1 point = 1 degen but you need to claim them when the airdrop is available
