Once you bridge from the L3 back to Base...how do you "claim" it ?

This is the most frustrating thing about crypto, I've been doing this stuff for years but can't figure this out?!

I havent bridged any back yet but it should just be there on you base network

Doing stuff in crypo. Came for $DEGEN. Smashed $DEPE. Gettin' dumped on n still holdin'. Thoughts $ Prayers. 

you have to "claim" it after 7 days...so 7 days after you complete the bridge, you can do nothing but sit around waiting until you can physically go back to the bridge and "claim it"
