2/ Recap: Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons are a celebration of Mercedes-Benz's design heritage and digital re-interpretations of the brand’s most notable designs. The story is told in seven eras and the second one, “The Era of Technology”, features vehicles from 2000 to 2017.

3/ Next, let’s dive into the mint scope. 

🔔 Timing – The online mint opens May 21, 18:00 CET / 12:00 EDT / 9:00 PDT and will remain open for seven days.

4/ 🛒 Supply – The maximum supply of 780 for ”The Era of Technology“ is exactly double the actually minted supply of the last era. We believe this is a good number to grow into and brings the Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons collection more attention.

6/ 🎁 Discounts – There are two levels of discounts: 

→ As a collector of a core collection (“Maschine”, Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons, Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities), you will get a 30% discount per token. 

→ As part of the Superdackel pack, you will receive a 15% discount per token.

7/ 🎟️ Mint passes – The mint pass was a way of saying “thank you” to early collectors of “Maschine” and Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities. Each can be used once and is burned when a digital collectible is minted. Please note: Minting is of course also possible without a mint pass.

8/ The mint will open on May 21, 18:00 CET / 12:00 EDT / 9:00 PDT with the online mint mode. It will remain open for seven days. 🎟️ Mint passes can be used and 🎁 discounts for existing collectors apply throughout the whole week.

10/ To make collecting even smoother and more accessible to all, we have introduced instant on-demand crypto wallet creation through email and social logins. Also, credit card payments are now available, supporting all major cards.

11/ 👥 Mint modes - If there are any of the 780 collectibles left after the one-week online mint window, we will experiment with a new, second mint mode for this era: We will offer the opportunity to buy a Mercedes-Benz NXT Icon from this era at selected IRL events.

12/ We noticed interest in Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons among brand fans, for instance at past top customer events, yet no mint was available then. Now presents an ideal chance to pilot this concept. Stay tuned for updates after the mint.

13/ Please note that due to regulatory and taxation requirements, only collectors from all EU countries, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the U.K., the U.S., and Taiwan will be able to participate.

5/ 🚀 Price – We have chosen a price of 0.08 eth, which is below the fixed price of the last era in terms of eth value. We believe this, including the discounts, is a fair price for all considering the current market conditions.
