6/ The mint will be done via a rebate Dutch auction. In contrast to a traditional auction, where the price increases until the highest bidder wins, a Dutch auction begins with a high starting price that decreases until supply is exhausted or a resting price is reached.

7/ The price will decrease linearly over a 90-minute period, from the starting price of 1 eth to the resting price of 0.1 eth – or until sold out. If any items remain after the Dutch auction, they will be sold at a fixed price of 0.1 eth.

8/ Minting of the Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons collection is open to everybody. Holders of a mint pass will be able to mint one digital collectible per mint pass during any of the rebate Dutch auctions for the seven eras for free.

9/ Directly after the mint, visuals and metadata will still be unrevealed. The artworks will be revealed starting 24 hours after the end of the Dutch auction. In the meantime, the same visual will be shown for each Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons collectible.

10/ Due to regulatory and taxation requirements, only collectors from all EU countries, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the U.K., the U.S., and Taiwan will be able to participate. We are working on adding more countries for future activities.
