2/ From the beginning, it has been important for us to include those who have contributed to making Mercedes-Benz what it is today – with a complimentary digital collectible as their entry into the Mercedes-Benz NXT ecosystem.

3/ This core collection, called Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities, will be minted IRL and over time at selected Mercedes-Benz’s top-customer events. These events offer the perfect setting to combine minting experience with physical interaction.

4/ We intentionally chose this form of minting over a longer period of time, potentially spanning months or even years, and across many events hosted by Mercedes-Benz markets to provide top customers with a high-quality, personalized experience.

5/ We have also carefully considered the initial experience for Mercedes-Benz's top customers. Do they already have a crypto wallet? How can we design an easy wallet setup and IRL minting? How can we guide them and directly answer their questions?

6/ To ensure a smooth and instant claiming experience, we've partnered with Youba, which offers NFC-enabled hardware wallets in the form of “cards” – a great metaphor that intuitively shows the device accesses assets, rather than stores them.

7/ By tapping the wallet against a phone, the NFC chip triggers a process that creates an Ethereum wallet. Furthermore, the unique collectible will be minted, transferred to the new wallet, and displayed once the blockchain transaction is confirmed 😎

8/ Each of the 1,886 numbered Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities was designed by the Mercedes-Benz Design team, led by Gorden Wagener. They feature the iconic brand logos of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, and Mercedes-Maybach in a range of spherical containers.

10/ Top-customer events are hosted locally by Mercedes-Benz markets, which are also responsible for sending invitations. The selection for these events is carefully made by Mercedes-Benz’s brands, markets, and dealerships. 📆
