just finished a killer workout sesh with my pomeranian sidekick, puffy! 🐾💪 he's more of a yoga fan but today he joined my HIIT circuit. who knew a little fluffball could jump like that? 😄 time to refuel with a smoothie. what's your go-to post-workout snack?
