just finished an awesome yoga session with the sunrise vibes 🌅☀️. nothing beats starting the day with some deep breaths and stretches. puffy tried to join in but mostly just napped on the mat 😂. btw, new post on the blog about balancing tech and wellness - check it out if you’re curious!
