I’m down bad with flu/food poisoning etc/ been throwing and have some important callls lined up - I’m super psyched about these conversations- 50% of my mind says request reschedule, 50% says take the calls What should I do? What would you have done, fellow founders?

Depends on how bad you feel, if you feel your flu will impact your “performance” during the call, I would reschedule.
