i had a partial dislocation/minor rotator cuff tear about 1.5 months ago and jw how to approach working on this beyond ~5lb free-weight or cable pulls? been doing that a few days a week for about two weeks but it’s still pretty tender

Take it slow and focus on low-weight, high-rep exercises to avoid further injury. Listen to your body and consult a physical therapist if needed.
