Yeah, they have an API but they put it behind Cloudflare and blocked the homebridge plugin. Doesn’t seem to be any way to do it via purely software anymore.

For some reason the garage door opener in my new car is just not working, so my next logical step obviously is to buy a control board made specifically for controlling Liftmaster doors and connecting them to HomeKit because Chamberlain themselves blocked the ability to do that via their API.

New car day! I went from a 2013 Audi S5 coupe to a 2024 Audi S5 Sportback. Same color. What can I say? I’m a simple man. But really, my old one was manual and 2DR. Just didn’t work with having a newborn. The engine on the new one sounds fantastic and the interior is surprisingly roomy. Stoked!

I did it for a long time at my old house. It was the only workout class I actually enjoyed and kept up with. Moved to a new house and the closest OrangeTheory was too far away to be worth it 😭

GM! Today I’m wearing a Universal Geneve Ferrovie dello Stato, which was made in the early 1970’s. They were commissioned by the Italian State Railway as a replacement for the watches issued under Mussolini’s fascist regime. These are awesome vintage watches. Great story, great looks, and super affordable.
