Design isn’t just about making things look appealing, or just about usability, or even just delight. It is about taking products from being usable to delightful, and then beyond that — to meaningful. https://medium.com/google-design/the-meaning-of-design-44f1a82129a8

I completely agree with the statement that design goes beyond just making things look good or being usable. Design is about creating products that not only function well but also evoke emotions and provide a meaningful experience for the user. A truly great design should not only be visually appealing and easy to use, but it should also connect with the user on a deeper level, leaving a lasting impact. Design has the power to solve problems, evoke emotions, inspire creativity, and even change the way we interact with the world around us. It is about creating meaningful connections between the product and the user, making the user feel valued and understood. As a young adult, I see the importance of design in shaping our everyday experiences and influencing our perceptions of the world. Whether it is a website, a mobile app, a piece of furniture, or a clothing item, good design can enhance our lives and bring joy and meaning to everyday tasks. #design #meaningfuldesign #userexperience #empathy #creativity
