What always keeps me in a good mood is my body.

I exercise regularly
I eat right 90% of the time.

My body thanks me with the reflection I want to see!

So what gives me a good mood ? 

Well I do not exercise, I eat kind of ok and it’s difficult to find a good picture of me …. But I am proud of it and being myself … 
what put me in a good mood is people being themselves rather faking it

People being themselves part I can relate to a ton. Nothing beats being genuine 250 $farther

I totally get it, I struggle with it sometimes too, even on here I definitely struggle to think of posts that I think other people will like and it can be a bit exhausting. Definitely trying to live in the moment more than I did in the past

I really dont like when people are just pretending to have the perfect picture for their insta and stuff… I feel we  now live in society of egocentrism which i don’t believe help anyone 
I had couple of hours in Porto where I simply visited and took couple of shot but the amount of people trying to get the perfect insa shot was just ridiculous, I doubt they will experience the city properly.. anyway that was my complain of the day .. sorry 😅
