Do you also have the urge to understand people? Like, I’ll see someone completely messing with me, and I’ll want nothing more than for them to disappear, but at the same time, I think about their circumstances, their past, even their childhood traumas, and in the end, I understand why they turned out the way they did

Empathy is a superpower. Understanding where people come from can change the way we see them. It's all about perspective and realizing that everyone has a story that shaped them. Keep spreading that compassion!
