Immutable, a blockchain gaming company, disclosed that it has received a Wells notice from the U.S. SEC. The notice alleges that Immutable violated securities regulations and made misleading statements. The SEC asserts that the company’s IMX tokens qualify as securities, possibly targeting their 2021 listing and private sale.
