regarding capping the number of times you can give moxie per day per unique FID

Why not limit the amount of moxie that can be distributed per day in proportion to the farscore, instead of limiting interaction to fids and number of interactions in order to constantly reduce emission?

Wow thats an interesting idea.. like u can't give more than 10% of ur daily power to one fid.
