My version of caramelized onion pasta 🧅 and steak🥩 for dinner 💜

I added sambal to the pasta sauce because y not chocnut it was so good 😭😭😭
You guys gotta make the pasta at least once in your life, plssss

Tancha! I just eyeballed everything so here's my tancha measurements 🤣

1 tbsp unsalted butter
Olive oil, idk maybe 2 tablespoons? 
2 LARGE yellow onions
3 cloves of garlic
White button mushroom(use as much as you like!)
1.5 tbsp of sambal of your choice(less or none at all if you don't like spicy food)
2 cups of heavy cream.... or more? if you prefer lolol
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
2 cups of parmigiano reggiano
