The wholesale inflation index (PPI) 🇺🇸 rose 0.1% for the month, 0.2% lower than the estimate. Core PPI (excluding food and energy) is unchanged. PPI increased by 2.2% a year, down sharply from 2.7% last month. Overall good PPI, but important is tomorrow's CPI.
