did you vote for him in 2016? if no, what changed your mind? if yes, what convinced you to stick with your vote?

I did vote for him in 2016! 

I am big on immigration/ foreign policy. And not why you might think! 

I worked with refugees and internally displaced persons for over 8 years and taught ESL and citizenship for half of that time. The students on this old video of mine for example sat in a refugee camp for a median time of 15 years in Kenya, waiting to qualify. There is a long process and a long line to get into the US. We have laws, and we have to enforce them.m to be fair. I believe it’s one of the few jobs of the federal government to have. 

I don’t like Trump much as a person, but I don’t need to. There needs to be a separation of “feelings” and state. It is my job as Miss Meg to show compassion to all those around me, including my refugee friends. I am accountable to myself for compassion. It’s the job of the federal government to protect the supreme law of the land and enforce rules to do so. That’s it.
