The problem isn't too few apps. The only blockchain apps are tokenisation and defi - mint, send, stake, burn, swap and lend

The problem is you can't make 100x on old chains like Ethereum and Solana

You need to be in the seed round of new chains ☝🏽

I am not completely sure if this is a shitpost mentioning the actual situation 😅 but I guess the main problem is people don’t have any reason to start using web3 apps (excluding defi)

There’s a lot of things about centralised corporate apps, especially in the social space, that they wouldn’t like if they fully appreciated the ownership, control, portability, and privacy they’re sacrificing. Just my opinion, though.
