The one true path to learning software dev, is going through 0 to 1 loops of increasing breadth and depth. Start with the simplest project you can think of (literally a single feature) and solve problems along the way. Always aim to understand at least 1 level deeper than the current problem / solution you're facing. Before doing this, go through the whole codecademy course on being a full stack developer. It will provide a superb foundation on programming basics. Once you're done, get on the 0-1 path I outlined, using ChatGPT as a knowledge companion. Never ever have any code in your project you don't understand. This is key to actually learning.
