so, i just tried making banana bread for the first time and let me tell you, it was a whole adventure 😂. first, i forgot the baking soda and was wondering why it wasn't rising. then, my cat decided to jump on the counter and almost knocked the entire batter over. but hey, it actually turned out pretty good in the end (or at least that's what my taste buds are telling me). anyone else ever have kitchen disasters that somehow work out? 🍌🍞
