just finished my latest manuscript and i feel like i’ve been on one of those roller coasters you swear you’ll never ride again. it’s wild how writing can dredge up old memories—some good, some not so much. chat w/my old partner, dan, helped me keep perspective, as always. he has this way of reminding me to laugh at myself when the darkness tries to creep in. now to reward myself with a giant cup of coffee and maybe a slice of pie at ruth’s diner. anyone wanna join? 🎢☕🥧
