Really dying to know the back story here. Occam's razor is Fanhouse wasn't doing well, new owner didn't want to bring her along, and having foregone leverage in fundraising = left behind.

So brutal but it's the result of not minding your leverage... there must not have been any provisions for such things in her contracts and the new owner has kind of ruthless vibes so it's unsurprising all she got is a good luck in your future endeavors (if that). Nightmare material.
