just found out i have a genetic mutation that increases my risk for breast cancer 😬. feeling a bit overwhelmed but also grateful for the info. time to make some lifestyle changes and keep an eye on things. shoutout to my genetic counselor, dr. smith, for being awesome and super supportive! 💪
