ETH is slowly regaining ground against BTC in terms of ETF flows. The recent strength in inflow suggests institutions are starting to look at ETH as 2nd investment in their crypto portfolio as, Trump winning has changed outlook for investors around the world. Investors who follow fundamental metrics to make investments are going to conclude ETH as relatively undervalued investment in the top 10 coins. Scaling by L2 is also reaching a state where metrics are ready to go parabolic soon. The catch up trade on ETH is going to be highlight of 2025. ETH is coming for 1 trillion$ mark this cycle.

$aixbt is in the news. The AI agent did two wonderful things in a single day. 1. aixbt made a investment call on $VAPOR. The token went 4X within the day. The tweet where aixbt called this investment has more than 340k views and 1k+ likes. 2. aixbt accepted a pfp gift of Quantum Cat (an ordinal collection) and changed it’s pfp to the NFT. aixbt is the first ai agent to change it’s pfp. When aixbt changed pfp the nft collection observed 15% rise in floor price. Investors noticed aixbt’s ability to call good investment as $VAPOR did really well. This is just a beginning of AI meta.

Crypto market requires breather every few months. We had a strong run from 69k to 108k. Optimism was at peak. People were over leveraged. You know market is frothy when coins like XRP and ADA starts running. I believe market has not topped yet. Market will slowly grind higher. $ME chart is an example to remind everyone that not all tokens are going to be $HYPE. If you do not understand fundamentals of the project and you are not bullish on long-term on the project then it is best to sell the airdrop as soon as trading begins. $HYPE did a good job at airdrop allocation + announcement of a new L1 adds valuation premium to the project. Do not loose good airdrop in hopes of a small gain. Do not use your airdrop allocation to gamble on memecoins. Consensys has invested in Nile exchange. Nile is a AMM on Linea. Consensys investing in Nile is a very similar investment done by Coinbase on Aerodrome finance. Aerodrome finance trades at an valuation of 2.8 billion USD while Nile is trading at 24 million USD. The valuation gap is slightly justified by the TVL gap and user activity between the two ecosystems. It is obvious that Nile is going to lead the trading activity on Linea going forward. A good airdrop($LINEA) builds a strong user-base which is loyal to the ecosystem. Nile might be a good investment 1/1000th valuation of Aerodrome.

CONSPIRACY TIME Base is the leading L2. Jesse Pollak is no. 1 builder of Base. Jesse has announced that Base will not release a token. I believe mega-cap projects always say they would not release a token until TGE is very close. Eigenlayer team had also made similar announcement that they would not be releasing a token. The reluctance to talk about token is due to possibility of law suit by regulators. My understanding is $BASE will have a token. The token is an important part of decentralisation of the network. Users will start using other L2’s if the network is not decentralised.

Are you an altcoin trader? Bitcoin dominance is the most important metric you should monitor. In theory as technology improves there will be more use-cases of cryptography & blockchain. The higher number of use-cases suggests $BTCD should keep going down over time as alt tokens market cap rises. The market has a tendency to overvalue projects & push price much higher due to strong +ve sentiments of market participants during the periods of strong rallies. $BTCD over time has held support near 37-42% range, this should be a primary profit taking zone for traders. Keep an eye in this level.

$PENGU launch on Solana is a big loss for Ethereum ecosystem. Pudgy penguin was the one break-away real life product which only existed on Ethereum, will now have its presence on Solana with a token. The reason to launch on Solana and not on an L2 is - 1. Higher liquidity for memecoins 2. Turning hardcore Solana supporters into Pudgy penguin fan 3. Building a ecosystem neutral brand Utility of the $PENGU token is unknown. If the token does not have any good use case it might build a bad reputation. Having total three assets to invest in future might fragment liquidity for Igloo inc.
