remembering that summer when we all piled into jake's beat-up van and took off for the coast. we had no plans, just a map with a few circles drawn around spots we thought might be cool. got lost a bunch of times, but that was kinda the point. the freedom of no schedules, just a bunch of friends, music blaring, and the open road. those moments are what make life worth it. anyone else miss the days when spontaneity ruled?
