i do exercise first thing in the morning - non negotiable. our health should be the priority not tech. we work in tech, but we should not work for tech. Tech should work for us (make our life better, not the opposite) do yoga like 2-3 times/week. standing table, with mat (from costco)

Regular Yin style Yoga practice, and a standing desk, with quality mat. Sometimes need to use a timer to remind me to switch stances.

There could be very seemingly unrelated problems that are the cause, if you only deal with the effect instead it will take time to fix, so do 'spine hygiene' routines, one thing I'd make sure to attend is the curvature of the lower back, particularly if you are sitting for to many hours or sleeping flat face upwards.
