There’s ample evidence that open spaces reduce productivity & performance, cause greater stress & anxiety, particularly for “sensitive” and introverted 

Diversity goes beyond appearance, external. It’s what’s inside as well. 

What diversity of brain power matters for your company?

I’m pro in-person when there are real office spaces that don’t cater to only a subset of the population. 

Social lunches, dinners, coffee times allow for organic exchanges.
