Regular Yin style Yoga practice, and a standing desk, with quality mat. Sometimes need to use a timer to remind me to switch stances.

Why yin? Have you tried other types?

I have tried other types, and those might be better for others tbh. I do yin because I also do regular cardio and weight training, so I don't need a "flow" or "power" type routine. I need flexibility and recovery. Yin is very slow and steady and deep.
