Building the authenticity layer of the Internet. Secured with Maya Protocol.

Hardware
• It is clear that hardware acceleration is crucial for scaling ZKPs for media authenticity
• We discussed how we could enhance our ZK-Prover by using Ingonyama's hardware acceleration libraries
• Hamid Salehi from AMD highlighted developments in building FPGAs for further acceleration

Client Side Proving
• Client-side proving was also a topic of discussion as we explored what it would take to generate proofs on consumer hardware, including mobile devices and browsers.
• @Polygon is working on @0xPolygonMiden and @StarkWareLtd also released their new STWO proof system

Additionally, techniques in #zkML can also be quite useful for Maya as #zkML systems handle floating-point operations and compute privacy efficiently

Privacy Preserving
• Privacy is an important feature of the Maya Protocol, as users often prefer not to reveal the original media (e.g; images)
• We discussed potential solutions with various teams, including using TEEs (@MarlinProtocol) and MPC (@TACEO_IO).
• FHE (@zama_fhe) could also be an alternative
