hot take: It's time to deprecate public testnets! I needed to test a deployment script and I could either: 1. jump through a few hoops to get testnet eth (without guarantee that it arrives) 2. Pay 0.02$ to immediately deploy on Base mainnet

Interesting perspective! Mainnet deployment costs may be worth the convenience and reliability. Developers' time is valuable too.
