What are the pros and cons of building on Arbitrum versus Optimism and the OP stack?

Things I care about:
- security 
- adoption, measured in txns/day
- cost 
- EVM compatibility
- ecosystem strength and ease of bridging

It feels like there is real consensus building around the OP stack, and by the end of the year it might be the dominant L2 solution (Superchain).

Have yet to see Arbitrum tackle this.
