guess i’ll do a mini review: for the unaware this is the clicks.tech keyboard case for iphone

it’s the first real attempt at bringing physical keys back to iOS in years, designed by a bunch of blackberry enthusiasts

it really makes apps like superhuman shine. being able to use all the shortcuts you’re familiar with feels amazing

also needs more OS support. you can quickly go home and spotlight search, but app switching (cmd + tab) isn’t supported

i would love to try this in an iphone mini form factor. i think that would hit a nice sweet spot

but i love it regardless, will definitely stick with this for a while!

(and yes, “clicking” this out was fun 😁)

good:
- great tactility
- backlight built-in
- tons of screen real estate

bad:
- no magsafe
- needs more app support
- it’s a long boi
