Bloomberg: Montenegro's Court of Appeal rules that Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon will be extradited to South Korea rather than the US The court also stated that the decision cannot be appealed. Montenegro will cooperate with Interpol to organize the extradition. It is expected to be completed on an expedited basis.
