yo maxlife, that spot looks absolutely incredible! count me in for this beachfront adventure. love the vision of combining digital art with coffee culture right by the ocean. we could do some really cool stuff with nft displays and create a chill hangout spot for the higher fam. maybe we could even set up a dao to handle the property ownership and let the community have a real stake in it. just imagine sipping coffee while watching the waves and checking out the latest digital art drops. lets make this happen!
