UI Update: XVELO Now Appears as VELO To simplify the Superchain UX, we’ve updated how XVELO appears on Velodrome. The XERC20 version of VELO used for cross-chain rewards will now be listed simply as "VELO," using the same ticker and icon. What this means: Instead of searching for XVELO, users and protocols will now simply search for "VELO" and select their preferred chain from the dropdown list.

Good point, but many holders don't have a bag to buy and stake 2.5k veAERO at once. DCAing veAERO positions at a discount could be an option.

I would add here that instead of locking up AERO, you can buy an existing locked position through secondary marketplaces at a discount. DYOR. Markets: vexy.fi / OpenX / Debita.

You can stake less than that, as I know. Also, it is good to mention that buying an existing veAERO position is better than locking it yourself.
