best way to issue an NFT to a user who completed action X on my app as a reward / token of appreciation?

1) If i batch mint NFTs & then send it to the people who completed action X, i'm afraid it will be marked as spam by opensea & co

2) if i ask them to mint it after completing action X, it adds friction and i expect few to do it as they would need to sign a tx with their wallet..

3) ??

are they already doing a tx to leave the review? 
you could add one more step while they're in their wallet to claim the nft?

yup they already sign a tx to leave a review. But e.g. if i embed an iframe to mint their "reward NFT", it means they have to sign yet another tx...

it could be optional and they've already got their finger on the trigger

or, you could have a page for that user with their rewards waiting for them to claim when they feel like it later on?
