I will definitely call a physio tomorrow. I did a run this evening when it was pouring rain (I love rain 😅🌧️) and again, both my knees were hurting terrible at the end. It hurts each time I run or treck, but tonight it was especially painful. 😢 📷 Me and the wet llamas
