If Vitalik ownly allowed the creation of one L2 it would have 43B in TVL. If it was optimism, it would be worth 12.5$ with a marketcap of 13.5B Instead we got arb-op-zk-stark-metis-mode-manta-mantle-immutable-loopring-taiko which are also worth 13B in mcap. Coincidence?
