Anyone here ever successfully deal with sciatica in here? It’s excruciating pain and trying to get better faster. Already going to PT.

Ugh yes, that is in fact the worst. There are a few stretches that I learned from the chiropractor that really helped me. One was the ‘downward dog’ and Idk if the other ones had a name. Your best bet is to go to a good chiropractor and get lined up, ask about stretches. 100 $degen
