Haha, indeed. Been slowly increasing my mileage in the barefoot shoes. After jumping up to 12.5mi in 3 runs for week 1 of the challenge, my first 5mi run on week 2 strained my foot a bit, so I decided to drop out and let it rest rather than push it and get injured.
