The robots are getting humanier and the humans are getting robotier.

Bots will progressively begin to seem more human than actual humans in our current text/image based internet mediums. 

An AI (bot) simply has more ‘time’ to represent itself at scale, as a clever or funny human than real humans do.

As we come to accept many of our internet interactions are with NPCs, it’s likely we will seek out alternative methods and practices for engaging with real humans online.

When a warm blooded human responds “NICE!” or 🔥 (bot-like reply) it’s either because that’s the mood they’re in or they don’t have time to write a more considered response.
